How MyAsh Began

Myash Microgreens began from a simple curiosity and a desire to provide fresh, nutritious food for my family. After stepping away from a 14-year corporate career to care for my baby, I started experimenting with growing microgreens at home — first on tissue paper with just water and seeds.

What began as a small home project soon turned into months of research, experimentation and a deep passion for sustainable nutrition and community food education. Today, Myash serves families, restaurants, corporates and schools across Bangalore.

With over 14 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development and Employee Wellbeing, Ramya has always been passionate about people and their growth.

 

Her transition into motherhood became the catalyst for a new mission — growing clean, nutritious food for her family and eventually for communities across Bangalore.
